You can use the MoMa app, which allows you to log in to your machine in just a few clicks, wherever you are. If you have a Nayax payment terminal, please contact us so that we can set up an account for you. On your computer, log in via my.nayax.com using the same login details.

What are the different features of the Nayax online portal?
The Nayax online portal allows operators to view their operations in real time. Monitor transactions, keep an eye on power-up status, the latest sale, temperature and stock levels. You can even set up alerts to notify you of any machine malfunctions when you are away from your computer. Furthermore, you can use the system to manage prepaid solutions and receive customised sales reports. We also support various loyalty programmes and consumer engagement campaigns, which can be managed via the portal.
Which machine parameters can I monitor remotely using the telemetry system?
