Full-time IT Support Technician

Key responsibilities
Keep track of your sales and which products are selling best or worst. You can also view the performance of your machines to understand how machine placement and product selection influence sales, helping you to optimise your sales and increase your revenue.
Job Description
Handling technical support requests for existing installations
Developing new technical solutions for projects involving existing or prospective clients
Liaising with the supplier to support and develop technical solutions relating to payment terminals
Required Professional Skills
Professional training in IT, electronics or electrical engineering
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Excellent command of German, both spoken and written. Swiss German is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
A keen interest in IT and telecommunications applications, and in cashless payment systems
Good listening and communication skills
Ability to adapt tone and language to suit the person you are speaking to
Ability to express yourself clearly
